Background:
NACA is committed to ensuring that our bylaws reflect the values, needs, and aspirations of our membership. To achieve this, we are seeking your valuable feedback on these governing documents.
At the Februrary 2025 NACA Board of Directors Retreat, a review of the bylaws and a deliberation of possible amendments provided some recommended changes and updates. Some of the highlights of the changes below are our recommendation to remove At-Large positions and instead double the size of our Regional Vice President positions. Other key highlights are our erecommendation to change our officer terms into one-year terms from two-year terms.
Your insights will help us identify areas for improvement and ensure that our bylaws are aligned with the best interests of our Association and community. We appreciate your time and effort in providing thoughtful and constructive feedback.
Feel free to leave as much feedback as you can. We offer an amendment by amendment option should you wish to review in depth, or if there is general feedback only, feel free to use the first comment box at the beginning of this form only.
